Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Summary

HBSCO LLC is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk at our corporate office in Greenwood Village, CO. We are a local Colorado Owned trash company that primarily services the Front Range.

We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated and detail oriented. This individual will be responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable. They must possess good customer service skills and be willing to assist our Payables Manager as well as all office staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following tasks:

· Process checks, wire, ACH, or other payment requests

· Reconciling invoices

· Track purchase orders and process payments from suppliers and customers

· Review, code and process invoices

· Manage documents and processes as needed, including expense reports

· Discuss opportunities for process improvements with management in order to increase efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

· Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures (Minimum 1 year experience)

· Must be dependable and a team player

· Demonstrates an extreme attention to detail

· Proficient in MS Word and Excel

· Data entry skills

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Able to work 40 hours a week, 8a-5p

· Able to pass a background check

Benefits & Compensation:

· $20 - $23 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule:

· Monday through Friday
