A growing Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) In Brooklyn is looking to add a self-motivated and enthusiastic bilingual Spanish/English HR Specialist / Patient Coordinator to its growing staff. We are currently looking for the right candidate to work a full-time position. We offer a friendly work environment conducive for training and learning on the job.
Requirements:
*Spanish/English bilingual
*Must be able to handle multiple calls and emails.
*The ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
*Customer service and people skills
*Team Player
*Home Care Scheduling Experience is a Plus
*Knowledge of HHA Exchange is a must
*Experience with office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. is a plus
*F/T, 5 days a week, M-F with on-call responsibilities and ability to respond to scheduling/patient issues as needed
*Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
