Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Bangor Office. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for patients with various diagnoses, including S/P orthopedic surgeries, wound care, chronic/acute CHF and COPD, s/p cardiac surgeries, genitourinary, IV antibiotic teaching/central line care, med pre-fills, and lab draws.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Provide education to patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and healthy lifestyle choices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.

Requirements:

• RN License for State of Maine
">
• BLS Certification
">
• Driver's License (for home visits)
">
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
