What you'll be doing:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office appearance and facilites (we all take turns cleaning the bathroom)
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide assistance to the company Administrators as needed
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, particularly in administrative roles.
- Familiarity with healthcare office procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
