Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque has an opening for a full-time live-in caregiver for long-term senior clients in the Albuquerque area. Must be in Albuquerque or surrounding areas and willing to travel weekly to client assignments.

A live-in schedule means you spend a few consistent agreed-upon days and nights in your client’s home with your private living area. More than simply assisting with personal care, transportation, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living, you will help your client live a happier, more independent life by facilitating enjoyable activities like exercise, mental stimulation, and hobbies. Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits, and preferences to support long-term relationships.
By staying with a client, you enhance his or her quality of life using our proprietary Balanced Care Method(TM), a holistic approach to care, and our proprietary Cognitive Therapeutics Method interactions. At Home Care Assistance, we are passionate about continuing education and development for our employees, and we train our caregivers in the Balanced Care Method and other programs such as Cognitive Therapeutics.
This is a full-time position, 3-5 consecutive days per week. The client’s family and our Care Team will work with you directly to support your client’s specific needs. When you need time off, let our Care Team know, and we will find another caregiver to fill your week of shifts.

Position Requirements - We’re looking for the best, and here’s what we’d like to see:
- Experience as a caregiver: 2-3 years
- A passion for the job and helping others
- Reliable transportation (your driver's license, car registration, and insurance are needed at the interview)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and skills assessment
- References from past employers
- Must be in Albuquerque or surrounding areas and willing to travel weekly to client assignments.
Salary : $175 - $205
