We’re seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 years of successful experience in account management or a sales-related role (experience in home care or healthcare is a plus).
- A proven ability to engage in consultative selling, build rapport, and close deals while overcoming objections.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present to and engage key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to adapt to new technologies and CRM systems.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic and an ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Experience in senior care or healthcare services.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish).
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
