Home Care provides care services to geriatric and/or disabled patients who need help fulfilling their activities of daily living. Must be dependable, professional, compassionate, and empathetic. As a caregiver your job responsibilities would include tasks such as:
- Assist clients with ADL care, which includes bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and transferring.
- Prepare meals following clients’ dietary restrictions and Balance Care Method.
- Provide companionship in a companionate and caring manner.
- Maintain detailed records of service and change in client behavior or health.
- Incorporate aspects of our Balance Care Method to client care, such as walking, chair exercise, mental stimulants with puzzles, and daily conversation.
- Change bed linens, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Basic errands
- Provide adequate notice of time off.
