What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compassionate Caregiver position at Home Care Assistance?
- Seeking hardworking, dependable, passionate, and, devoted people to assist with care. Knowledge of using Hoyer lift, gait belt, ADLS, and IADLS are a must. Must pass a drug test and background. Also, should know that time is precious, therefore be mindful and leave early in order to arrive on time. Our company is Non Medical therefore, you will only be reminding them to take meds. There will also be a few task to complete during your shift, which are to be completed before your shift ends.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Utilize Hoyer lift equipment for safe patient transfers.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to enhance patient care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
