What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Educator position at Home Care Assistance?
You are the dependable and compassionate Nurse Educator & Lead Agency RN who brings both clinical expertise and a nurturing presence to our team. With a heart for service, you support caregivers, clients, and the office team in delivering safe, thoughtful, and consistent care.
Your collaborative and detail-oriented approach strengthens our entire care model, which is grounded in a deep respect for each client’s unique needs and preferences. You create stability through your calm leadership and commitment to doing things the right way. From conducting assessments and trainings to reviewing documentation and coaching staff, your work enhances the overall quality of care our non-medical home health agency provides.
You’ll appreciate the clarity and direction built into this role. You are provided with a focused list of responsibilities each day, along with the systems and tools needed to carry them out successfully. This structured approach allows you to focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality, compassionate care and empowering those around you to do the same.
This part-time role consists of two to three consistent shifts per week, each lasting 5 to 6 hours and beginning between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. One of the scheduled days must be Friday. While the weekly schedule will remain steady, we are flexible in working with you to determine the specific days that fit best for you.
At Home Care Assistance, we are committed to helping older adults live happier, healthier lives at home. Our care is distinguished by the quality of our training, the caliber of our caregivers, and the responsiveness of our team.
