**Job Summary**
The Home and Community Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with daily living activities, allowing individuals to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Key responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
- Provide one-on-one support to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to agency directors or account managers.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 6 months experience in home care preferred.
- Successful completion of competency evaluation required.
