Bilingual Human Resource Recruitment Associate
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORT TO: Human Resource Manager
REPORT TO: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CLIENT SERVICES
POSITION SUMMARY:
Human Resource Recruitment Associate is to be a highly motivated individual to assist in our Human Resource Department. You will assist the Manager develop forms, processes and manuals for the department. Will be responsible for conducting interviews, travel is required must have a reliable vehicle. In addition, you will work closely with the recruitment and orientation processes as they occur. The associate is expected to attend and participate in all department meetings.
PURPOSE:
The HR Recruitment Assistant, as part of the Central Recruitment Team, will provide a professional recruitment support and administration function to the whole organization; acting as a reliable source of information and advice about best recruitment practice, processing all recruitment-related administration within agreed timescales and providing excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS and OUTCOMES:
- Help answer all office phone calls and direct them to the right extension
- Schedules interviews for caregivers
- Conduct interviews within a 30-minute window
- Run Search of the Exclusions for Caregivers
- Check references for caregivers
- Complete employment packets
- Review policies with current caregivers when issues arise
- Help collect expired documents like TB, car insurance, license, etc.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of new hire interview appointments
- Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and compliance
- Filing
- Maintaining Current Employee Files
- Attend Job fairs and recruiting events as needed
- Interview Candidates
- Conduct and Review Background checks
- Preform Employment Reference Checks
- Implementation of new policies and procedures
- Perform duties and projects assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent technology skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Must drive and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Bilingual/ Spanish & English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
