What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver/Home Health Aide position at Home Care Concepts, LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
-Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Help clients with medical documentation and record keeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or medical conditions is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
