Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Call Weekend Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role involves overseeing the intake process during the weekend on-call hours, ensuring seamless care coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt responses to patient and staff inquiries during on-call hours.
  • Coordinate care and resolve any scheduling issues that arise.
  • Use healthcare systems to manage patient records and workflow efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, clients, and caregivers to maintain the highest quality of care.
  • Manage the intake process for new patients, including registration, verification of demographic and insurance information, and completion of required paperwork

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using WellSky, Epic, and CarePort systems.
  • Prior experience in healthcare scheduling or care coordination is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Schedule:

  • Start: Friday, 5:00 PM
  • End: Monday, 8:00 AM

  • Every weekend
