Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan for the patient
- Monitor and manage the patient's medical condition, including administering medications and performing routine checks
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to the patient and their family members
- Document the patient's progress and any changes in their condition
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Experience working with diabetic patients and continuous glucose monitoring systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
