To succeed as our Medical Billing Manager, you must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare-related billing and collections. Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification is recommended. You should be knowledgeable about CMS 1500 Billing Forms, electronic billing, EOBs, claims, and ICD-10 billing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and strong analytical skills are essential. Additionally, you must be able to communicate effectively and possess excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training, including IDoA required Homecare Supervisor Training (HOST) within 90 days of employment.
