Job Description
The Healthcare Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our organization. This position is responsible for coordinating between case managers, caregivers, clients, and various departments to ensure seamless care management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner
- Attend training and meetings as required
- Provide support to coworkers in their absence
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Process new client intakes and manage client files
- Resolve caregiver attendance alerts and update electronic documentation
- Report changes in client condition to case managers
- Process annual client agreements and adjust client schedules as necessary
- Recruit caregivers for existing clients
- Handle challenging cases and conflicts between clients and caregivers
- Ensure compliance with AUAF policies and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Pass state required background checks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service
