Client Details:
- Patient Age: 10-year-old child
- Condition: Medically fragile, requiring specialized pediatric nursing care
- Location: Sharpsburg, GA
- Shift Hours: Part-time, one 8-hour shifts, Saturday or Sunday 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in health status
- Deliver routine, high-quality nursing care to your assigned patient
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families
- Uphold facility policies and procedures with attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia RN License (Required)
- Previous pediatric and home health or home care experience preferred
