Respite Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Provider to join our team. As a Care Provider, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering support with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Looking for a respite provider for vacations and weekends.

You will need to pass a background check and will be paid through ARIS.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those experiencing dementia or other cognitive impairments.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences while ensuring proper food safety practices.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in home community care or assisted living settings is preferred.
• Ability to cook healthy meals that meet client dietary needs is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other caregivers are essential.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
