Why Is This Role So Special?

As the Business Development Representative (BDR) at Activated Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing company. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, making you an essential part of our sales cycle and helping to drive the company's success. By identifying and nurturing leads, scheduling meetings, and aligning prospects with the right resources, you will directly impact the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential opportunities and engage prospects through outbound calling, email outreach, and other interactions to qualify leads for the Account Executive team.
  • Customer Value Communication: Clearly articulate the Activated Insights value proposition, demonstrating how our solutions enhance the care continuum for post-acute and long-term care providers.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM systems with prospects and leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to identify lead qualification improvements, providing feedback to continuously optimize our lead generation process.
  • Performance & Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed activity targets, including calls, emails, and other interactions, leading to Qualified Sales Opportunities and Closed-Won business.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
While the BDR position is primarily focused on individual performance, it also plays a key role within the broader team. As a collaborative member of our sales and marketing group, you will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Business Development Managers to ensure alignment across efforts and drive overall success. Your ability to work within a team, contribute feedback, and learn from others will be essential in helping us grow as an organization.
