Qualifications


Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Research & Compliance Oversight

  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret federal and state regulations impacting compliance and specialty training demographics.
  • Track regulatory changes and proactively update internal teams to ensure timely content updates.
  • Maintain a compliance roadmap, ensuring all training programs align with evolving industry standards.

Vendor & Government Relations

  • Establish and maintain relationships with state agencies, accrediting bodies, and regulatory organizations.
  • Act as a liaison between Activated Insights and regulatory agencies to ensure course approvals and compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage vendor approvals and accreditation renewals for compliance and specialty training courses.

Content Alignment & Market Strategy

  • Inform clinical, instructional design, and content management teams to apply regulatory updates to training content.
  • Track expiration dates of the Activated Insights course library and ensure timely revisions.
  • Identify regulatory trends and provide insights to inform future training development.

Project & Process Management

  • Maintain documentation and tracking systems for compliance initiatives.
  • Utilize project management tools to track regulatory updates and coordinate compliance-related projects.
  • Lead team projects focused on updating compliance and specialty training, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring regulatory alignment across all content.
  • Ensure all compliance courses and vendor partnerships are regularly audited and updated.

Learning Path Development & Customer Solutions

  • Collaborate with the Content Management Team to design structured learning paths that help customers navigate compliance requirements with ease.
  • Ensure that learning paths align with state-specific and federal compliance mandates to offer organizations seamless compliance solutions.
  • Help create easy-to-follow course groupings that enable customers to quickly assign training that meets regulatory requirements.
  • Work with customer success and sales teams to communicate compliance training solutions that best support client needs.
  • Support efforts to make compliance training more accessible, digestible, and engaging for care professionals and administrators.

Required Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to track, document, and ensure compliance with all regulatory updates.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects, tracking regulatory deadlines, and using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of compliance requirements in post-acute and long-term care settings.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with state agencies, accrediting bodies, and internal teams.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to work closely with instructional design, clinical education, and vendor management teams.
  • Data & Documentation Management: Proficiency in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation, vendor approvals, and training content roadmaps.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align compliance requirements with business goals and inform the development of training programs.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to proactively identify regulatory risks and propose solutions to maintain compliance.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in a research role, preferably focused on regulatory compliance or healthcare policy.
    • 1 years in a team lead or management role.
    • Experience in the post-acute and long-term care industry.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
