Description
We are looking for an Analyst to provide accounting support and perform financial analysis in multiple healthcare companies. Canyon Homecare and Hospice is a growing, entrepreneurial company with many opportunities for learning and career growth. This position will strengthen accounting, finance, and excel skills as well as provide opportunity to learn operations and the healthcare industry.
This position will be full time with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Report on key operating metrics as well as maintain the files used for collecting this data
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financials statements
- Assist with annual budgets/forecasts
- Provide insight based on operating metrics and financials to improve operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance or equivalent work experience
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Basic Office VBA
- Understanding and familiarity with Financial statements
- Quickbooks experience preferred
- Self starter: Able to figure things out and put in the effort to learn
