Job Description
This key role involves managing a team of Training Leads to deliver hands-on training to new hires. The Training Superintendent develops and maintains a training matrix, identifying gaps and treating them as necessary. They lead, mentor, and develop the training team to understand and drive key metrics, policies, and SOPs.
The Training Superintendent also partners with the National Training team to roll out company-wide programs. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to maintain compliance goals for all refresher and onboarding training programs.
