Job Title: Production Associate
Overview:
A key member of our team, the Production Associate is responsible for various tasks including labeling, portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping. The role requires adherence to all floor safety and food safety standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:
- Receives direction from Supervisor or Production Lead to fulfill production requirements.
- Lables packaging at a standard average rate.
- Utilizes proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail while picking ingredients in the meal bagging/kitting process.
- Transitions between tasks as needed.
Shipping Tasks:
- Works at a fast pace with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborates with the team to meet shipping goals.
General Responsibilities:
- Fulfills Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while on-site at the facilities.
- Maintains a clean work area at all times and assists in end-of-day clean ups.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
- Supports the company's efforts to maintain its food safety system (SQF) and quality programs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma preferred but not required.
- 6 months of experience in a production/warehouse environment preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others as a team.
Compensation:
The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $23.50.
Salary : $16 - $24
