Summer Job Opportunity
Responsibilities will include:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide information as requested
- Enter customer requests for ice
- Enter new sales leads or customer issues to HCI Sales Department
- Effectively manage challenging customers over the phone
- Receive medium to high volume of calls during peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day)
Requirements:
- Clean background history
- Phone experience is a plus
- Computer savvy
- Positive attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter and productive
- Team player
- Flexible schedule
- Answering an average number of calls. (18-20 calls per hour)
Hours:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
20-40 hours/week-- Seasonal Job
Must be available for 1 weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday)
Must be available to work summer holidays
Hours of Operation: 7am-5pm
This is a seasonal position!
