Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences.
  • Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent Communicator
  • In-home sales
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems

Pay Transparency:

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $100k–$175k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good-faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
