Responsibilities
- Anticipate and address member questions
- Provide tours and information about our facility to prospective new members
- Help with court, lesson, clinic reservations
- Optimize courts and programming for best member experience
- Assists members with account maintenance/billing
- Typical front desk admin duties- member check-ins, answering phones, voicemail, emails etc.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours (could include some early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekend shifts)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
