Position Purpose :
Ensures accurate and timely execution of mass-market versions of The Home Depot's print program. Primary stakeholder of IBM Ad Planning, associated maintenance and database management. Responsible for product-to-market content of all mass print pages.
Key Responsibilities :
- 15% Works in tandem with Production Artists to ensure print advertising materials contain timely and accurate product and pricing information. Responsible for keeping Production Artist and Coordinator pages on-task
- 15% Responsible for ensuring offers / promotions are relevant and represented accurately
- 15% Keys all ad-centric page date to IBM Ad Planning and Connect 3 or promotions manager and validates accuracy
- 15% Maintains accuracy of information in IBM ad event system, which includes product SKU and SKU-to-market availability, product images, and descriptions which translate directly to the advertising vehicles
- 10% Responsible for database management and upkeep of IBM Ad Planning systems
- 10% Responsible for products' copy card content and consistency
- 10% Attends marketing / merchandising advertising strategy and turn-in meetings to collect all relevant product copy and sku information
- 10% Supports production supervisor in training and coaching new employees
