Key Objectives:
This position is responsible for planning and executing logistics operations that ensure efficient delivery of rental assets to customers. Key objectives include:
1. Collaboration:
* Partner with various stakeholders, including Stores, Rental Sales Representatives, and Delivery Drivers, to achieve desired outcomes and maintain accountability for service failures.
* Collaborate with the Contact Center on prospective rentals, complete daily pick-up confirmation calls, and assist sales teams with inquiries, appointments, equipment availability, and other opportunities.
2. Compliance, Safety & Training:
* Promote overall safety and perform all work in accordance with proper safety practices.
* Maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to DOT driving standards.
3. Dispute Resolution:
* Analyze solutions and make recommendations to stores or other business partners to resolve disputes with customers.
4. Routing, Planning, and Problem Solving:
* Plan driver routes to meet customer needs while maximizing efficiency and achieving on-time delivery rates of 90% or better.
* Work with Technicians to ensure equipment is rental-ready and preloaded, adjust routes to address delivery challenges, and make recommendations for process changes aligning with business goals.
