This role will be responsible for : (i) contract drafting and negotiations, (ii) regulatory and compliance issues; (iii) management of customer product claims, including preparation customer response / denial letters and settlement negotiations; and (iv) minimizing the legal exposure of the Company in all legal matters.MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABIITIESContract drafting, negotiating, and managing key vendor agreements (distribution, warehousing, supplier buying, strategic partnership, exclusivity, license, sponsorship, and material storage).Review legal documents to identify key issues.Handles complex legal matters within area of responsibility.Supervise and conduct appropriate legal research for all pending legal work.Manage outside counsel and other vendors.Accurately identify and assess contractual, business, and market risks and opportunities and advise business groups on related strategies.
