Main Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
1. Conducting thorough investigations into incidents of theft and fraud
2. Reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports to identify potential security breaches
3. Monitoring physical security measures and Electronic Article Surveillance systems to prevent shrinkage
4. Preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries
5. Preserving evidence and cooperating with law enforcement agencies as needed
6. Testifying in criminal and civil court actions as required
