Home Depot Senior Studio Specialist, Senior Video Producer in High Point, North Carolina
Position Purpose :
The Senior Video Producer role produces end-to-end video content at The Home Depot's Photography / Videography studio. This role coordinates logistics for multiple projects, supplementing the full-time studio team with production assistance as needed to meet overall production objectives, while adhering to budgets and staying on schedule. The role requires solid working relationships with clients and partners throughout the production industry that are resources for talent, lighting and photography / videography equipment, locations, and other production-related resources. Agility and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment are a must for this role. The Senior Video Producer is a relationship builder who prides themselves on their people skills and can work with just about anyone.
Key Responsibilities :
- 40% - Communication - Partner with stakeholders to communicate project objectives. Daily studio and project communication to keep projects on track.
- 60% - Strategic Production Management - Leads the strategic task of understanding the clients' needs and wants, what the team can produce, and what works for the production team holistically. Expected to demonstrate thought leadership and creative problem-solving to meet production objectives. Uses experience and knowledge of the production process and guides team members.
