Position Purpose :
The Sr. Manager, Interconnected Retail will be responsible for execution of assortment reviews and strategic planning / analysis of online programs. This individual would develop pricing & profitability analytics and provide store side Merchandising with the insights needed to grow total market share. Responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities across all depts and providing recommendations to senior leadership. Utilizes online tools and capabilities to ensure multi channel alignment.
Key Responsibilities :
- 40% Drive consistent category-level strategy planning with Merchants : coordination of necessary data from both store and online systems, development of project templates and concise reporting results for Online and Store Merchants
- 20% Responsible for the development of standard reporting tools, supervising data collection and reporting distribution
- 20% Partner with functional areas such as Supply Chain, Core Merchandising, Vendor Compliance and Inventory Management to ensure effective solutions that can be leveraged across all areas
- 10% Manage work activities and provide development of direct reports
- 10% Serve as primary liaison with Merchandising Execution team to ensure inclusion of online strategies in product line reviews and synergies between online and core merchandising assortments.
