This is a full-time Lead Carpenter role located on-site in Knoxville, TN. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing carpentry tasks, utilizing power tools, framing, working with hand tools, and executing finish carpentry. The role requires hands-on involvement in the construction process to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills
- Proficiency with Power Tools
- Experience in Framing and Hand Tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to work on-site for extended periods
- Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS
