Position Summary:
We are looking for a NYS Empower Program Administrator. This role primarily involves collecting, inputting, and submitting home efficiency projects within the NYHEP system. Additionally, the Production Assistant will support the Production Lead by overseeing job production and assisting with project coordination, logistics, and team communication. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating home efficiency audits, weatherization projects, and HVAC installations.
- Point of Contact: Act as a liaison for production staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools, information, and support to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
- Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, update project management software, and report on key performance indicators related to job completion.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients and team members to provide status updates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain production documentation, including work orders, contracts, and equipment inventories.
- Cost Tracking: Assist in tracking job costs and prepare reports for the management team.
- Project Input: Input customer projects into the NYHEP system, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with a background in project coordination or operations.
- Proficiency and knowledge of the NYHEP and Empower programs.
- Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
