As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing attic insulation, solar-powered attic ventilation systems, and other energy-efficient home improvement solutions. This is a hands-on position that offers room for growth in a rapidly expanding industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install attic insulation to improve home energy efficiency.
- Set up and install solar-powered attic ventilation systems.
- Assist with various home improvement projects as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on the job site.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in insulation, construction, or a similar field is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and perform physically demanding tasks.
