What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Inspector / Retrofit Technician position at Home Energy Rx?
Home Energy Rx is a locally owned and operated energy conservation company focused on maximizing energy usage while improving customer cost of consumption through education, energy usage assessments and installation of various efficiency measures.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform home energy rating inspections /testing.
- Perform home energy audit retrofits, i.e. air sealing, duct sealing, other energy upgrades, etc.
- Perform tests such as blower door and duct blaster, locate predominant air leaks.
- Communicate program standards and recommendations to builders, architects, and homeowners.
Desired Professional Attributes:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Home renovation, construction, or HVAC experience desired.
- Proficient at system diagnostics and evaluation.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred, But Not Required Professional Attributes:
- LEED-H Green Rater or AP, RESNET HERS Rater, BPI Energy Auditor.
- Training is available for the right person, as well as career advancement opportunities.

Education Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- 2 year technical degree preferred.
Compensation and Position Details:
- Valid driver's license.
- Salary dependent on experience.
- Position to be filled in Fayetteville, AR.
