Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced sales rep to call and close our leads provided to you every morning. These leads are looking for a cash offer on their home and it is your job to talk with them and give them that offer. This is a sales position, not an order taker position, you must be polished and sharp on the phones, and close the deal. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of lead follow up and calling.
- Conduct regular follow up calls with clients
- Handle sellers inquire and be able to negotiate prices.
- Coordinate with sellers to get a contract signed.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including leases, contracts, and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement sales tactics and strategies on the phone.
- Make outbound phone calls to our seller leads daily, anywhere between 50-100 dials daily.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE BEEN IN SALES AT LEAST LAST 2 YEARS OF JOB HISTORY.
- Sales and marketing
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and real estate in general.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively market properties to attract clients
Pay: $1,800/month Base Commissions (Est. $72,000 - $140,000 per year)
Shift: 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
Work Location: On-Site
