Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and face-to-face interaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Handle monetary transactions and maintain accurate records of money handling.
- Perform data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Set estimates and dispatch sales reps and crews by area.
- Prepare and send contracts and payment requests as needed to assist sales reps.
- Create support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
- Utilize Quickbooks and CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
