What are the responsibilities and job description for the Review Appraiser position at Home Federal Bank of TN?
Perform reviews on all residential appraisals according to established guidelines, checking math calculations, content and other technical data. Perform on-site construction and final inspections as needed to facilitate loan processing.
Minimum four year college degree; possess a valid State of TN driver's license; computer literacy essential; require personal mobility and ability to successfully deal with other professional people in an office and field environment.
