We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional phone etiquette, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
-Manage a cash drawer (including all associated functions: taking payments, cutting checks, etc.)
-Take and clear loan applications
-Answer telephones and greet customers in a professional manner
-Provide direct customer service to loan and sales finance customers
-Process bulk mail out solicitations as assigned by management
-Conduct solicitation for additional business as assigned by management
Experience
Required Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to make outbound calls confidently
- Basic sales techniques understanding
- Data entry accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
