Home Forward is seeking a Spanish-speaking Resident and Community Services Coordinator to support our Eastwood Court portfolio.
The Resident and Community Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing resident, family, community service, community building, and social and educational services to improve the stability, quality of community life, and wellness of individuals and families. Resident services delivery model focuses on centering community needs for more equitable processes and practices. The goal is to effectively leverage limited resources and opportunities and ensure services are based on trauma-informed, anti-racist, culturally specific practices that empower residents. This position will support our Eastwood Court, Madrona Place, Fir Acres, Stark Manor, and Alderwood Court properties.
This position is represented by AFSCME Local 3135 and is scheduled to close Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 11:59 pm. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Compensation starts at $32.51 per hour; in order to support our Spanish-speaking population at these properties, a 5% language premium will be added to the base wage.
