Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for selling and converting new and existing strategic brands onto the new Company Profile / Community product. This role is focused on the classic land and expand motion to generate net-new revenue opportunities from our quickly growing book of brands. In this role, you will manage outbound and inbound sales efforts, identify, engage and upsell key accounts, and work closely with marketing and product teams to develop support new product expansion.
You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new enterprise and mid-market clients while helping shape H\FC’s go-to-market approach for a rapidly evolving product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Track towards a quarterly / annual platform revenue quota
- Own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement of our expanded product offering.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner with customer success to drive product utilization and ROI for clients
- Proactively address client needs, ensuring a high renewal rate
- Collaborate with sales leadership on expansion strategies and pricing structures
- Track and analyze account health, forecasting potential churn risks and growth opportunities
