Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a Director of Call Center to spearhead operations in our Cleveland, OH office. With explosive growth from $3M to $200M in just five years, we're expanding rapidly—and this role is key to ensuring our front-end lead generation engine keeps pace.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and scaling a call center team (goal: 50 reps, 4 managers)
- Driving performance through KPI accountability and leadership development
- Building systems and processes to support national expansion
