Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence drives our business forward. We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team and provide exceptional technical support to our employees.

Position Summary

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-line support for IT-related issues across the organization. Your role will include troubleshooting and administering hardware and software requests, incidents, and problems, assisting users with applications, and ensuring timely resolution of technical concerns. You will also contribute to the efficiency of IT operations by maintaining documentation, escalating complex issues, and working closely with other IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix incidents, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Assist with application support, including access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within the Home Genius environment.
  • Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the service management system.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate team members while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Support IT service desk processes, including ticket management, password resets, and system monitoring.
  • Provide guidance and training to end users on best practices for utilizing technology.
  • Assist in IT asset management, including tracking hardware and software inventory.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service desk efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, remote desktop tools, and IT ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
