THIS IS NOT an entry level position. This “Fitness Sales Recruiting Manager” MUST have the ability to step in and sell high ticket movement performance packages to individual athletes (7 – 50 years old), groups, teams, and schools and manage independently. This role is designed for an already highly proficient Fitness Sales Manager with fitness industry experience who is prepared to step into a leadership role immediately. This Fitness Sales Recruiting Manager must be willing and EXCITED to have a curiously competitive and open mind towards advancing the progress of athletic movement performance from a completely different angle. Primary Duties/Responsibilities include:
· Primary focus everyday will be on working non-organic and organic leads and closing deals.
o Must be able to nurture leads. For non-organic leads you will call or text all leads setting and/or confirming appointments. For organic social media leads you will be messaging leads, collecting contact information, and setting appointments.
o Ensure that you and the led shows up for their appointment.
o Serves as a key point of contact with members, with emphasis on providing HGMP and MAV PT customer experience.
· Master WODIFY (gym management App).
o Ability to seamlessly navigate WODIFY App for athlete/member sign-ups and athlete profile management.
o Ability to navigate app, process business metrics, set goals, establish and develop relationships.
o Managing retail sales with POS.
o Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and associate reporting through WODIFY POS System.
o Maintain daily/weekly statistical and financial reports. Maintain retail inventory to ensure adequate stock and prevent shrinkage.
o Assisting with check-ins.
o Collecting and processing payments.
o Providing front desk sales and information.
o To facilitate staff meetings each week covering key data points with their team and moving the needle forward by both informing and inspiring their team to take action on key changes.
o To meet with the owner weekly to discuss lead generation metrics via direct response advertising, lead nurture metrics, sales metrics, fulfillment metrics, retention metrics, ascension metrics, revenue metrics, overhead metrics, etc.
o Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company.
· Daily appointment setting, shows and perspective selling of HIGH TICKET packages.
o Must offer to meet with all prospects in person and be able to close sales for front-end offers.
o Driving revenue.
· Can “wear multiple hats.”
o Assisting with special events.
o Tech Savvy with excellent social media management skills to promote our programs effectively.

Qualification:
· Associate Degree
· 2-3 years of high ticket sales and management.
· Knowledge of competitive gym and/or retail operations (Cross-fit like style).
· Must have an athletic/sports interest and involvement.
· Personnel and operations management experience.
· Can out-sell anyone in the room and LOVES IT!

Compensation:
· Entirely incentive based with bonus system constructed with our eclectic movement academy features and for the ambitiously eager and competitive SELLER.
· The structure of these will be provided upon interview, which significantly increase earning potential.
· Sales Recruiters receive a competitive, incentive based compensation and bonuses.
