Home Guard Pest Control is looking to expand its Creepy Customer Service Representative Team! We are looking for a Collections Specialists.

Primary Duties :

  • Call, email and text current customers with past due balances between the aging periods of 31-90 days.
  • Work with Office Manager & Branch Manager to develop systems that work effectively in meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Be aware of and follow the laws and guidelines of the State of California in regards to what can and cannot be said to customers or when leaving messages.
  • Offer support to our service and sales team as needed.
  • Training will be provided.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills are a must! You will communicate by phone, email, web chat, and text messaging.
  • Experience with answering multi-phone lines is also a plus.
  • Attention to detail and being organized is very important.
  • A solution-oriented employee!  Have a "Closer" mentality with regards to collecting the companies receivables!
  • We will offer you an opportunity to test for the Branch 2 Field Representative and become licensed through the State of California - Structural Pest Control Board. We will provide study material & training if interested.
  • Hours will be 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday and one Saturday 8 am-12 pm monthly. If more Saturdays are required or desired, we can address this option at that time.
