Summary:
A mid-Cape home health agency (just over the Bourne Bridge) is seeking an RN to manage the clinical operations.
Provides clinical supervision to professional and paraprofessional staff in the delivery of patient care.
Participates in the staff orientation and development program.
Participates in client care conferences and in-service programs.
Supervises the timeliness and quality of documentation of all clinical staff.
Assist in the monitoring, analyzing and reporting of all findings associated with Adverse Events Reports, OASIS error reports, etc. Makes recommendations to improve procedures and outcomes.
Performs quality review of OASIS assessment in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Obtains and analyzes outcome data and perform trend analysis.
Develops and implements quality indicators based on outcome data.
Performs Infection Control surveillance and related activities.
Assists in the response to all ADRs and other documentation requests.
Accurately documents observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided in accordance with agency's policies and procedures.

Qualifications: At least 2 years in a managerial position and licensed RN in MA.
