We do our part by delivering clients' medications right to their doorstep.
Data Entry Technician Responsibilities :
- Enter customer and prescription data and information into the electronic system
- Verifies insurance coverage and process prescription billing
- Provide various clerical and administrative support services to Pharmacy staff
- Work with patient information and records
- Communicate with customers over the phone
- Proven ability to accurately type 50 WPM
- Experience using the 10-key process for data entry
- Professional communications skills for positive customer interactions
- Knowledge of medical terminology and / or medical coding is ideal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently
