- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
- Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia, developmental disabilities, or hospice care is a plus.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
