Job Overview:
As a valued member of our team, you'll:
- Provide treatment visits to clients in their homes or within Senior Living Communities.
- Implement treatment plans established by the physical therapist, delivering interventions and home exercise programs.
- Instruct patients on physical therapy interventions and modalities, fostering excellent patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A current Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA license in the State of Minnesota.
- A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team environment.
